Verano Summer es un concierto íntimo en donde la cantautora y actriz Nancy Millán acompañada en la guitarra por Jomel Rivera, celebra su época favorita del año: el verano. Lo mejor de vivir en el Caribe, es que el verano dura todo el año. Este concierto nos lleva en un viaje por La playa, los “roadtrips” y los enamoramientos de verano que nos hacen sonreír. Con canciones que nos recuerdan el mar, el verano y los amores, vamos a celebrar este romance veraniego-musical. En una mezcla de sonoridades eléctricas y acústicas con un toque de experimentación vocal interpretarán música de Ella Fitzgerald, Alice Cooper, Ely Guerra, Bobby Capó, Sylvia Rexach, Chet Baker y muchos más además de temas originales. Nancy y Jomel llevan más de quince años de colaboración que comenzó con el exitoso proyecto “MUJER INVISIBLE” el cual se ha presentado en Café Teatros, Universidades y en El Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce en Puerto Rico así como también en la Ciudad de Nueva York.

Verano Summer is an intimate concert where singer-songwriter and actress Nancy Millán, accompanied on the guitar by Jomel Rivera, celebrates her favorite season of the year, the summer. The best thing about living in the Caribbean is that it is summer all year round. This concert will take on a trip to the beach, road-trips, and summer romances make us smile. With songs that remind us of the sea, the summer, and lovers, we will celebrate this summer musical romance.In a mix of electric and acoustic sounds with a touch of vocal experimentation, they will perform music by Ella Fitzgerald, Alice Cooper, Ely Guerra, Bobby Capó, Sylvia Rexach, Chet Baker, and many more, as well as original songs. Nancy and Jomel have over fifteen years of collaboration that began with the successful project “MUJER INVISIBLE,” which has taken them to Café Theaters, Universities, the Santurce Fine Arts Center in Puerto Rico, and New York City as well.
