Dan Bauer has been working as a publicist specializing in the performing arts for over 20 years. Recent theater credits include Mac Wellman’s A Chronicle of the Madness of Small Worlds (dir. Elena Araoz, Next Door at New York Theatre Workshop), Sara Farrington’s Leisure, Lust (Art House Productions) and The Jewish King Lear (Metropolitan Playhouse). Other credits: American Repertory Ballet, Cobblestone Creek Country Club, Morven Museum & Garden, Axelrod Performing Arts Center and the Dryden Ensemble. For many years, Dan was director of public relations at McCarter Theatre Center and served as producer for Smart Talk Connected Conversations working with a long list of distinguished speakers including Julie Andrews, Anna Deavere Smith, Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno and Phylicia Rashad.
