Noemi Barrera is a Chicana lighting designer from Los Angeles, CA, whose work spans theatre, dance, and live events. Noemi has designed for productions such as Fuente Ovejuna (LMU), Predictor (The Garage), Romeo & Juliet (Whittier Shakes), and projects at the Grammy Museum. She has assisted at REDCAT and the Geffen Playhouse, apprenticed with Center Theatre Group and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She also works with the Latino Theatre Company and previously worked with Chautauqua Theatre Company. Noemi holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Noemi is excited to join the Boundless Exposed Program!
