Andrés López-Alicea

Director, actor y educador puertorriqueño establecido en New York. Graduado de The New School for Drama con un MFA en Dirección y estudios previos en la Universidad de Puerto Rico, con un grado en Arquitectura y Drama. En New York ha trabajado en The Tank, The New School for Drama, NYU Tisch, The Cherry Lane, Teatro LATEA y entre otros. Su trabajo como artista ha sido visto en Puerto Rico, República Dominicana y en reconocidos festivales como Williamstown Theatre Festival y Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Como actor pertenece al grupo de improvisación teatral Teatro 220 y a la compañía Story Pirates. En el 2019 fue galardonado con el Clubbed Thumb Theatre Directing Fellowship en New York.

Andrés López-Alicea is a Puerto Rican director, actor, and teaching artist based in New York. He graduated from The New School for Drama with a degree in MFA Directing. His early studies were at the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in both Architecture and Drama. His work as an artist has been seen in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Williamstown Theatre Festival and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. In New York at The Tank, NYU Tisch Musical Theatre, LATEA Theatre, The New School for Drama, The Cherry Lane Theatre and many more. As an actor he is part of Teatro 220 Improv group and Story Pirates. In July 2019 he was awarded with the 2019/2020 Clubbed Thumb Theatre Directing Fellowship in New York.
